ZoomInfo alternatives for teams that do not need an enterprise contract

By Keencrest · 2026-11-01

Prices checked 2026-11-01 on each vendor's own pricing page or Apify Store listing. Prices change; check the linked page before you buy. We have not tested the competitors' output quality, so this guide compares price, billing unit and limits only. We make the Data Gleaner Actors and the Keencrest lead packs, and say where they lose.

Demand check: about 480 US searches a month for "zoominfo alternatives", with a $68.89 suggested bid (DataForSEO Google Ads data, 2026-11-01). The bid is high, so the people searching are mostly buyers comparing paid tools, and this page is written for them.

What we could and could not verify

ZoomInfo's pricing page (zoominfo.com/pricing, read 2026-11-01) lists product packages for sales, marketing and talent and sends you to a "Get Pricing" form. It publishes no price, so we quote none and do not repeat third-party estimates. What the page does list: company and contact profiles, quick and advanced search with export, mobile numbers and business emails, CRM integrations, a Chrome extension, and at higher tiers buyer-intent signals, workflows and a dedicated customer manager. Expect an annual contract negotiated with a sales rep.

When ZoomInfo is the right pick

It is more than you need if your targets are small local businesses, where the useful contact is usually the address printed on the company's own site. That is the narrow slice our tools cover, and nothing in this table matches ZoomInfo's depth. Related: Apollo alternatives for small teams, local-business lead lists without Apollo.

Everything here compares published prices and stated limits. We have not tested any of these tools' data quality, so we say nothing about whose contacts are more accurate; test a sample of your own contacts on the free tier before paying anyone.

Try it: Website Contact Details Scraper on Apify. $0.002 per site with an email, nothing for sites without one. The Apify free plan includes monthly credit, so a test run costs nothing out of pocket.
