Tell us a trade (plumbers, dentists, roofers, accountants) and a city. You get a CSV of the local businesses there, each with its website, phone, the business email it publishes on its own site, and its social profiles. One-off packs: no subscription and no credits that expire.

A lead is one unique business (deduplicated by website, then phone) with a website and at least one business email or phone. Leads with an email come first. Already have a list of company websites? Send it instead and we fill in what each site publishes.
How to order
Checkout is not automated yet, so ordering is by email and payment is by PayPal invoice, sent after you have seen the free sample for your trade and city.

- Happy with it? Order a pack: 250 leads, 1,000 leads or 2,500 leads.
- We reply with a PayPal invoice. Once it is paid, the CSV is delivered by email.

This is the first 5 rows of a 17-lead sample for plumbers in Austin, TX, made on 2026-11-01 (a first run found 25; rows whose only email was a free-mail or personal-looking address, and rows from a directory whose terms forbid scraping, were removed). The CSV also has address, other business emails, X and YouTube links where published, the contact-form page and the Google Maps link. In that run 51 unique qualifying businesses were found and 25 were delivered before the personal-email filter below; the rows that came from Yellow Pages were also removed on 2026-11-02, because its terms forbid scraping.

Where the data comes from
Each business's own public listing (Google Maps) and its own website, collected when you order. Nothing comes from social networks, logins or consumer sources.

Compliance
- Business and role contacts only. Packs hold addresses such as info@, office@, sales@ and service@, or another address on the business's own domain. Named-person emails (jane.smith@) are dropped, as are noreply, HR, legal and press addresses. In every country (the US included) we remove personal-looking addresses: free-mail such as gmail, yahoo or outlook, and first.last@ style, even when the address resembles the business name; only role and business-domain addresses are kept, so a pack can hold fewer emails than rows. Personal profile links (for example Facebook profile.php and LinkedIn /in/ pages) are removed; only business pages are listed.
- Your duty as the sender. You must follow the anti-spam law where you send: CAN-SPAM in the US (identify yourself, include a working opt-out, honour it within 10 business days), and PECR or GDPR legitimate-interest rules for UK and EU business addresses. Packs are for B2B prospecting, not consumer marketing. We sell no sending tool and send nothing for you.
- Opt-out. Any business can be removed from all future packs by emailing datagleaner@gmail.com with the subject "Remove". We honour it the same day.
Shortfall and refund rule
If a city has fewer businesses than your pack, you get every one we found and a pro-rata refund for the rest, or a nearby city if you prefer. This is written into the delivery email.
