Payment is by PayPal invoice, 50% up front and 50% on delivery. The 48 hours start when the brief is agreed and the deposit is paid. If we cannot build it, you owe nothing; we say so before we take a deposit.
What we will build
- Public pages and public APIs: directories, listings, product and price pages, job boards, public registries, search result pages, news and blogs.
- Business-contact data that a company publishes about itself (info@, phone, address, team page).
- Scheduled monitors: the same pages checked daily or weekly, with changes delivered as a dataset or CSV.
What we will not build
- Anything behind a login, paywall or membership. We do not bypass them.
- Anything that needs anti-bot or captcha circumvention. If a site blocks automated access, we tell you instead of working around it.
- Personal-data scraping from walled social networks (profiles, friend lists, private groups).
- Sources whose robots.txt or terms of service forbid the use you describe. We check both before we quote.
- Spam or sending tools. We deliver data; you are responsible for lawful use of it.
How delivery works
- Brief: you send sources, fields and volume. We confirm the schema and tier in writing.
- Build: we build it as an Apify Actor, the same way as the public tools below, and test it from Apify's datacenter, not a home connection.
- Hand-over: the Actor runs on our Apify account (we pay platform usage on small feeds; heavy usage is quoted up front) or is transferred to your account with the source code.
- Access: you get a hosted API URL for the dataset (JSON, CSV, Excel), and optionally a schedule that refreshes it daily or weekly and emails or posts a CSV.
