SaaS outage alerts in Slack, Teams, Discord or email for small IT teams and agencies
When a client calls to say "Stripe is down", you want to hear it from a message in your own channel, not from the client. Keencrest polls the vendors' own status-page feeds every 5 to 10 minutes and posts each new incident, and each later update to it, to a Slack, Microsoft Teams or Discord webhook, or to an email address.

A free 14-day trial of the Starter plan is available on request. Cancel by email any time; the monthly invoice simply stops.
How to order
Email datagleaner@gmail.com with the vendors you want (up to 25 or "all"), where to post (a Slack incoming webhook, Teams Workflows webhook, Discord webhook, or an email address), and the plan. We reply with a PayPal invoice. There is no automated checkout yet, so setup is by hand and usually the same day.
What it covers, honestly
- 70 vendors whose public status page offers an Atom or RSS feed that its robots.txt allows us to read. We checked all 108 candidates on 2026-11-01: 70 reached, 31 had no readable feed, 3 disallow automated reads of their feeds and 4 did not answer. We do not read pages a site tells robots to avoid, and we do not work around blocks.
- We relay what the vendor publishes. If a vendor is slow to post, so are we; this is not an independent probe of whether the service is really down.
- Alerts arrive within about 10 minutes of the vendor posting. This is a new service: the poller has run against live feeds, but no customer has used it yet.
- Competitors such as IsDown and StatusGator cover thousands of services and add their own monitoring, from $27 and $72 a month; this is a smaller, cheaper list.
