Is Box down? Official status page, recent incidents and alerts
A quick way to separate a Box problem from a problem on your side is the official status page, status.box.com, which Box updates when it acknowledges an incident. The same page publishes a feed, so you can be told about a new incident instead of discovering it from an angry customer.

Get an alert when Box posts an incident
