Real estate agency leads list: how to get one with emails

By Keencrest · 2026-11-01

Sellers of CRMs, photography, staging, mortgage services, lead generation and marketing all want a list of real estate agencies in a city. This guide shows how to get one with a usable email and what you should pay.

Agencies versus individual agents

Two different lists get sold under the same name. A list of agencies and brokerages is made of businesses with a website, a Maps listing and a role address (info@, office@, contact@). A list of individual agents is made of named people, often with personal emails and phones. The first is a business-to-business list and the lower-risk one; the second needs much more care under privacy rules and is not what our packs contain. If you want agents, start from agencies and use the agency's own published contact.

What you get from a local agency list

Each row is one agency: name, category, address, phone, website, business email, and its Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn pages where the site links them. Large brokerage brands have many offices under one domain; deduplicating by domain avoids writing to the same franchise repeatedly, though you may want one row per office if you sell locally. Say which you want when you order.

What a list costs, by route

RouteWhat you payCatch
Fiverr "b2b lead list" gigsTiered gigs of roughly 200 to 500 leads. One buyer report cites $100 to $200 for 500 leads that delivered 200; another cites $800 for 50,000 leads of which 10,000 were clean.Delivery takes 2 to 5 days, and quality varies by seller.
ClayLaunch about $167 to $185 a month for 2,500 to 3,000 data credits; Growth about $446 to $495 a month for 6,000 (clay.com/pricing).A one-off list costs you a month's plan, plus time to learn the tool.
ApolloBasic $49 per seat per month billed annually, or $65 billed monthly; Professional $79 annual, $99 monthly (apollo.io/pricing, read 2026-11-01). Credits are 30,000 a seat a year on Basic annual. Its data leans toward named employees at larger companies, not the contacts a local business publishes itself.
Do it yourself on ApifyOur own Google Maps Leads Actor costs $0.0015 a place plus $0.002 for each site with an email found: about $3.50 per 1,000 leads. You run the tool, handle cleaning and deduping, and check the results.
Keencrest lead packs$19 for 250 leads, $49 for 1,000, $99 for 2,500, free 25-lead sample.Orders are by email and paid by PayPal invoice; no automated checkout yet.

That puts a 250-lead pack below the entry gigs on Fiverr and far below a month of Clay, delivered within an hour of payment instead of days. Doing it yourself is cheaper still if you are happy to run a tool; this walkthrough covers it.

Before you pay

  1. Request a sample in your city and category (real estate agency, broker or property management).
  2. Check that the email appears on the agency's own website.
  3. Look at how many rows are offices of the same brand.
  4. Confirm the refund rule if the city is smaller than the pack. Ours is every business found plus a pro-rata refund, or a nearby city.

Proof: what a finished list looks like

We ran plumbers in Austin, TX on 2026-11-01: 51 unique qualifying businesses found and 25 delivered in the free sample. The sample CSV now holds 17 rows (rows with only a free-mail or personal-looking email, and rows from a directory whose terms forbid scraping, were removed on 2026-11-02), and all 17 have a business email and a phone. A row looks like this: Plumbing Outfitters, (512) 309-5406, plumbingoutfitters.com, info@plumbingoutfitters.com, with Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn links and a 4.9 rating. Download the 17-row sample CSV and check the emails yourself before you spend anything.

The legal basics

This is general information, not legal advice. In the US, CAN-SPAM covers commercial email to businesses as well as consumers: identify yourself, do not mislead in the subject line, include a working opt-out and honour it within 10 business days. In the UK and EU, PECR and GDPR treat emails to a company's role address (info@, sales@) far more leniently than emails to a named person, but you still need a legitimate reason to write, a clear identity and an easy way to stop. Named-person addresses are the risky ones, which is why our packs hold role addresses and business-named addresses only and drop jane.smith@ style ones. Never use a business list for consumer marketing, and keep a suppression list of everyone who opts out.

Get the list: tell us the trade and city and we send a free 25-lead sample of real estate agencies in your city. Full packs are $19 for 250, $49 for 1,000 and $99 for 2,500, paid by PayPal invoice. See the lead packs.
