Google Maps leads to CSV: local business emails and phones

By Keencrest · 2026-11-01

Local business lead lists (plumbers in Denver, dentists in Austin) are the classic Google Maps export. Maps gives name, address, phone and website, but not the email, which is the field you need for outreach. This guide gets all of it into one CSV.

Steps

  1. Open Google Maps Leads on Apify.
  2. Enter a search: category plumber, location Denver, CO. Set maxPlacesPerSearch (8 for a test).
  3. Turn on includeWebsiteContacts so it visits each business site for emails and phones.
  4. Start the run, then export the dataset as CSV.
{"searches":[{"query":"plumber","location":"Denver, CO"}],"maxPlacesPerSearch":8,"includeWebsiteContacts":true}

What came back

Eight Denver plumbers, seven with an email found on their own site:

BusinessRating (reviews)Email found
King Rooter & Plumbing4.7 (489)info@kingrooterandplumbing.com
Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric4.8 (17,977)custservice@applewoodfixit.com
Tipping Hat Plumbing4.6 (7,345)info@tippinghat.com
Brothers Plumbing4.7 (9,265)service@brothersplumbing.com
A Better Plumber4.8 (3,338)none found

Each row also carries the address, phone in E.164 format, category list, opening hours and the Maps URL. The email appears in bestEmail with the page it was found on.

Cost

$0.0015 per business plus $0.002 for each one where a contact is found. This 8-business run cost about $0.026; 100 businesses with 60 emails is roughly $0.27.

Good practice

Try it: Google Maps Leads on Apify. $0.0015 per business, $0.002 per found contact. The Apify free plan includes monthly credit, so a test run costs nothing out of pocket.
