Bulk keyword search volume without a Google Ads account

By Data Gleaner · 2026-11-01

Keyword Planner needs an Ads account and hides exact volumes unless you spend. For content planning you can get the same underlying data by API at a fraction of a cent per keyword.

Steps

  1. Open Keyword Search Volume.
  2. Paste keywords, one per line (up to 10,000). Choose country and language.
  3. Run and export. Keywords Google has no data for come back as free rows with the reason.

A real list: 43 keywords

We checked 43 candidate phrases for this very site, United States, October 2026. Selected rows:

Eighteen of the 43, mostly long natural-language phrases, had no volume at all. That is useful too: long phrases are not searched as such, so target their short head term.

How to read CPC

CPC is what advertisers bid. High CPC with modest volume (apollo alternatives at $48) means buyers: someone is paying nearly $50 a click. Low CPC with high volume is usually research traffic.

Cost

$0.0008 per keyword with data. 10,000 keywords cost $8.30.

Try it: Keyword Search Volume on Apify. $0.0008 per keyword with data. The Apify free plan includes monthly credit, so a test run costs nothing out of pocket.
