Free GPSR product information sheet generator (print sheet and Tidyleaf import row)

This is not legal advice. This tool formats details you type. It does not decide what applies to your products, does not check what you enter, and does not make a product or a shop compliant. Check with your own adviser.

Nothing you type leaves your browser. This page makes no network requests with your input, has no analytics and stores nothing: close or reload the tab and it is gone.

The fields follow the information that Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (the General Product Safety Regulation) names for manufacturers (Article 9), for the responsible person (Article 16) and for online offers (Article 19, points (a) to (d)). Whether and how those articles apply to your product is for you and your adviser to decide.

Product
Manufacturer (Art. 19(a), Art. 9)
EU responsible person (Art. 19(b), Art. 16) leave blank if the manufacturer is established in the EU
Product identification (Art. 19(c), Art. 9)
Safety information and warnings (Art. 19(d), Art. 9)

Fill in the form and press "Make sheet and CSV row".

CSV row for the Tidyleaf Product Safety import

Two lines: the header and your row. Save as a .csv file (UTF-8), or add the second line to a file with the same header, then use Products > Product safety > Import in the plugin. It shows a preview before anything changes. Leave product_id empty to match by SKU.

Many products?

This makes one row. For a shop with hundreds of products, the free plugin Tidyleaf Product Safety Info for WooCommerce keeps the fields per product and per category and imports them by CSV. 500 products? We fill the import file for you from your product export and supplier details: free 20-product sample, then $49 per 500 products.
