Done-for-you company contact lists from your list of websites

By Keencrest · 2026-11-01

You have a list of company websites and no time to open every contact page. Send us the list and we return a CSV with the company mailboxes, phone numbers and social links each site publishes.

What you get

What to expect

Not every site publishes a company mailbox. On a test sample of 20 small-business websites (dentists, plumbers and accountants in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia, found through search and not through directories), 11 returned a company mailbox (55%). Of the other 9, 5 published no email at all, 3 published only personal or named addresses that we withhold, and 1 site blocked automated access. The sample is small and your list will differ, and large brands hide their emails more often than small local firms. Sites that were unreachable (rate-limited or temporarily blocked) are retried once at no charge.

Price

$49 per 1,000 websites, delivered as CSV. Smaller lists are priced pro rata from 250 sites ($12.25). We quote before we start and you pay before delivery.

What we do not return

How to order

  1. Email datagleaner@gmail.com with the subject "Contact list order" and attach your list (one website per line, or a CSV column).
  2. We reply with the count, the price and how to pay. Payment comes first; there is no checkout page yet.
  3. We send the CSV back, usually within a day for lists up to a few thousand sites.

Using the list

Whether you may email a company mailbox depends on the recipient's country and the type of recipient. Check the rules for each country you contact, and include your identity and an opt-out in every message. The list is data, not legal advice.

Opt-out

A company that wants its mailbox removed from our deliveries can ask at our removal page. We keep a blocklist and apply it to every later delivery.
