Keencrest guides

New French companies every week, by region and sector

Every Monday: a CSV of the companies created in France in the last 7 days, taken from the official Sirene register published by INSEE. One file for the whole country, plus one file per region and one per NAF sector (section A to U). Built for accountants, insurers, banks, software and equipment sellers, registered-office and incorporation services, and analysts who track business formation.

Free sample: the columns and what the opt-out looks like. Subscribe: email to subscribe. We reply within one business day with a PayPal invoice.

What is in each row

SIREN, company name, creation date, legal form (code and label), NAF activity code and section, employee band, head-office address, postcode, commune, département, region, and the prospectingOptOut flag. Companies only: sole traders (entrepreneurs individuels) and every other natural person are excluded entirely, and no first name, surname or pseudonym of any person appears in the data.

Read this before you buy: it is company data, not an email list

French law lets a company object to the reuse of its Sirene record for commercial prospecting. In our samples roughly 9 in 10 very recent registrations carry that objection, and INSEE withholds the identity of some others altogether. We mark every such row with prospectingOptOut=true and we never attach a website or email to it. For the remaining rows an optional enrichment step looks for a public website and a role address (info@, contact@) on the company's own site; it finds one for a minority of companies. Use the file for market sizing, targeting by region and sector, and monitoring of formation; do not treat it as a mailing list, and check your own GDPR and ePrivacy position before you contact anyone.
