Every row is a location registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), with its address, phone, website and a business email taken from that location's own website. Built for suppliers, staffing agencies, software vendors, dental labs and marketing agencies who sell to care and primary-care providers.

The CQC register has about 57,000 locations; we scanned 13,953 distinct websites (every non-NHS, non-council website on the register). Locations without a website are not in the list. 9,929 locations have a business email; a further 2,706 have only a contact form on their site, and those come in a separate file with the form URL (no email), included with each segment list. All four lists: US$399 (one-off).
What is in each row
Location name, segment, CQC service types, address, postcode, phone, website, business email (plus up to 3 more), provider name, whether the provider is an incorporated body (a flag to help with PECR), local authority, region, and the CQC location ID and page.

Each week we compare the CQC directory with the previous week's, and send you a CSV of the locations registered since, with the same columns as the lists above (business email where the location has a website). How it is made, and what it leaves out
- The location register is the CQC's public directory, published weekly under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Contains CQC information, licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
- Emails are read from each location's own public website by our Data Gleaner contact-details Actor on Apify. No logins, no social-network scraping, no NHS or council domains.
- Role and business addresses only (info@, office@, manager@, reception@ and the like). Addresses naming a person, noreply, HR, legal and press addresses are dropped. We do not add registered managers' names. Providers that are individuals (a sole practitioner or partnership registered under a person's name, for example "Dr J Smith") are shown without the provider name, phone or email: only the location and its address remain.
- Any provider can ask to be removed (email us with the subject "Remove"); removals are honoured in every later file.
- Buyer's duty: PECR and UK GDPR apply to your emails. Email corporate subscribers (the
provider_incorporatedcolumn marks limited companies, LLPs, PLCs, CICs and charities); sole traders and some partnerships need prior consent. Identify yourself and include an opt-out. The CQC does not endorse this product.
